Generates a member portal invitation for the specified contractor. If the contractor already has an invitation that is not complete, calling this endpoint resends it with a new token, and the link from the earlier invitation stops working. A member who already verified must verify again. The embedded_member_portal_invitation.created webhook fires again with the new invitation_url.
