Terminations

• Introducing new guided terminations and termination payroll features to enable a more guided and compliant employee dismissal process. This includes both new endpoints and flows (read more about flows in the section below).
• Added new endpoints:
  • Get terminations for an employee
  • Get termination pay periods for a company
  • Calculate accruing time off hours
• Added dismissed employee as an off-cycle payroll option
• Added final_termination_payroll field to payroll object
• Added final_payout_unused_hours_input field to update payroll and show payroll response (only visible and able to update for termination payrolls)
