Added company_rejected categories to Partner Notification System

We've added the company_rejected.rejected, company_rejected.bank_errors, company_rejected.likely_fraud, andcompany_rejected.suspicious_bank categories to the Embedded Partner Notification System.

• company_rejected.rejected - This notification category was created to notify of when Gusto rejects a company upon account application review.
• company_rejected.bank_errors - This notification category was created to notify of when Gusto rejects a company due to repeated issues debiting payroll funds.
• company_rejected.likely_fraud - This notification category was created to notify of when Gusto rejects a company due to suspected fraud.
• company_rejected.suspicious_bank - This notification category was created to notify of when Gusto rejects a company due to suspicious bank account.

As we continue to rollout new notification categories in the coming months, we plan to deprecate sending Gusto.com emails to your end users.
