Added auto_payroll category to Partner Notification System

We've added the auto_payroll.* category to the Embedded Partner Notification System.
auto_payroll.*- when using a pay schedule with Auto Payroll (AutoPilot) enabled, payroll will run automatically one day before a company's payroll deadlines. This notification category was created to notify when payroll on Auto Payroll (AutoPilot) is disabled, fails, or is scheduled to run without an expected employee.
As we continue to rollout new notification categories in the coming months, we plan to deprecate sending Gusto.com emails to your end users.
