We’ve made important updates to our webhooks infrastructure that will impact any high-failing webhook subscriptions. To improve overall system reliability and performance, webhook subscriptions with consistently high failure rates are now subject to deactivation. This change primarily impacts unresponsive subscriptions in our Demo environment.
To ensure the health and performance of your webhook subscriptions, we recommend following our Webhooks Best Practices guide, which includes updated recommendations on managing test subscriptions in Demo.
Subscriptions that become deactivated will result in an "unreachable" status. To check the status of your subscriptions, you can use our GET subscriptions API, or check the Webhook subscriptions tab in your Developer Portal. If you find that your subscription has been deactivated, you may re-activate it using the new "Re-verify" link in the Developer Portal, or request a verification_token through our API.
