Added wire_in categories to Partner Notification System

We've added additional wire_in.confirm_payroll and wire_in.deadline_passed_payroll categories to the Embedded Partner Notification System.
wire_in.confirm_payroll- This notification category was created to notify of when a company submits a payroll with risk blockers and selects the Wire In optionwire_in.deadline_passed_payroll- This notification category was created to notify of when the payment date to fund a payroll through a wire in has passed
As we continue to rollout new notification categories in the coming months, we plan to deprecate sending Gusto.com emails to your end users.
