Added processing fields for external payrolls

The payrolls object now includes an external: true/false boolean to identify if a payroll is historical or not.

Additionally we’ve added a status: processed/unprocessed field to the external payrolls object to indicate when external payrolls have been submitted as a result of tax liabilities being confirmed.

Note: Submitting this request starts an async process which should take less than 2 minutes to complete. Once completed, the status for external payroll(s) will change from "unprocessed" to "processed".
