You can now elect to file a new hire report for a given employee's work state using the update an employee's state taxes endpoint.

Businesses must report personal identification information about newly hired employees in accordance with federal rules, plus additional reporting requirements which differ from state to state. This functionality addresses this compliance requirement and ensures an employee can be fully onboarded for payroll.
