New Endpoints for Customer Migrations

We've launched 2 new endpoints for partners to migrate mutual customers from Gusto to their own Embedded Payroll!
The migrate company to embedded payroll endpoint establishes a secure OAuth connection and Terms of Service (ToS) acceptance. The accept terms of service for a company user endpoint enables these ToS to be signed on the user-company level and not just the user level.
