Added additional state_tax, employee_missing_{{state}}_occupational_code, home_and_work_address_are_far_apart, and vt_employee_health_care_coverage categories to Partner Notification System

We've added additional state_tax, employee_missing_{{state}}_occupational_code, home_and_work_address_are_far_apart, new_ein_issued, resign_corrected_az_poa, and vt_employee_health_care_coverage categories to the Embedded Partner Notification System.

• state_tax - This notification category was created to notify of when the customer needs to take action to resolve their company state tax setup.
• employee_missing_{{state}}_occupational_code - This notification category was created to notify of when the employee is missing {{state}} occupational code.
• home_and_work_address_are_far_apart - This notification category was created to notify of when the distance between an employee's home and work address exceeds maximum miles (100 miles)
• vt_employee_health_care_coverage - This notification category was created to notify when the customer needs to confirm Vermont employees’ healthcare coverage elections so Gusto can correctly calculate taxes in Vermont.
