Added bank_error, recovery_case, and invalid_signatory categories to Partner Notification System

We've added the following categories to the Embedded Partner Notification System.

• bank_error - when Gusto is unable to debit funds from a Company, Employee, or Contractor due to a bank error.
• recovery_case - after a bank error has occurred, a recovery case is triggered to resolve the issue
• invalid_signatory - when the company signatory's personal information doesn't match what's on file with the Social Security agency and must be updated to unblock payroll

As we continue to rollout new notification categories in the coming months, we plan to deprecate sending Gusto.com emails to your end users.
