07-01-26 Partner notification changes

On the 1st business day of each month, we communicate the upcoming changes to partner notifications, as well as partner notifications that are now deprecated. You have until the end of that notice's month (i.e. the "effective at" date) to make necessary updates.
Upcoming breaking changes
Effective July 31, 2026, the holidays_are template variable in the run_bank_holiday_saturday_payroll notification category will be deprecated. A new template variable holiday is available starting June 30, 2026 as its replacement.
