Updated Endpoints

• Added support for updates to the following fields via the Update a payroll by ID endpoint for off-cycle payrolls:
  • withholding_pay_period
  • skip_regular_deductions
  • fixed_withholding_rate

• Added company.suspended Company Event

401(k)

• Improved catch_up logic to take age based eligibility into account at the 50 year threshold
  • Prior behavior: Employee age was taken into account only for "super catch up" thresholds (60-63) permitted under SECURE 2.0
  • New behavior: Employee age is now taken into account both at the regular and "super" catch up thresholds
    • In effect, this means 401(k) partners can now set catch_up for all employees enrolled in a plan that offers catch up contributions, regardless of the given employee's age
